The problem
The data that tells you whether a property is a real opportunity is scattered across county tax rolls, legal notice publications and listing feeds, much of it published as PDFs designed for human eyes rather than software.
What I built
Deployed and reachable, with the AI layer running live. Roughly sixty pages across twenty-nine routes, full test suite green, typecheck and lint clean.
How it works
A source engine normalises eleven feeds behind one interface, with purpose-written PDF and HTML adapters for the distress signals that are only published as scanned county documents. The interface is dark-first and deliberately dense — closer to a terminal than a consumer app — with five interactive pillars covering comparables, cost of ownership, and renovation cost.
